I'm an engineer and father of two based in Bangkok. At Chemical Express, I build software and AI systems, work with the people using them and help make decisions about the business. I'm involved in everything from writing code to developing partnerships.

A chemical distributor's work connects customers, suppliers, products and people. These two projects grew from understanding those connections and building around the way the business actually works.
QT AI Agents
A customer asks for a laboratory product. Before we can offer it, someone needs to understand the requirements, find the right variant and check the price. I built QT to help our team work through that process.
The first release made too many product mistakes. I pulled it back, introduced product search on its own and rebuilt the workflow around what the team found useful.

Our salespeople knew their main accounts well, but opportunities elsewhere could be missed. I built a platform that brings customer history, product recommendations and business rules together to help them decide where to spend their time.
The work also meant listening when a recommendation did not fit the customer, and finding out what the model was missing.

My mum came with me to New Zealand. We spent the first few days in a hotel on Queen Street, looking for somewhere for me to live. I remember being cold, the enormous food portions and carrying a ten-kilogram bag of rice home on the bus.
Over the next several years, I studied engineering, worked on industrial sites and bought a café. I eventually came back to Thailand with plans to study in London. Life went in a different direction, and there's quite a bit to tell between then and now.
